I've read about the cholesterol and everything, but let me tell you my experience...

I've been eating 60 - 80 complete eggs per month for about 6 months now, and just recently had my cholesterol level checked (My mother has high cholesterol, a lot of uncles too, my grand father had too(RIP)) and I told the Dr. what I've been eating, he told me I should have really high cholesterol, so they did this test, and the result... I has perfectly normal cholesterol, so I began to research it, and found out that eaten cholesterol does not greatly affect the blood cholesterol.

I'm not sure how that works, but yeah... oh, and btw, I have 8% body fat... so I don't think the fat the eggs have affects much(I've read its mainly polyunsaturated and monoinsaturated fats if that's how they're spelled)

at 19 you shouldnt have any problems with cholesterol or high BP. be careful when you get older though. that sorta thing will hurt you in the long run, not the short term. thats really not that many eggs though (depending on what else you're eating).

If I had to say one thing I ate the most of it would have to be honey nut cheerios!! I dunno if they are necessarily the greatest thing for you but I really enjoy eating those.... lol, also a big fan of cranberries and blue berries when it comes to fruit

contrary to what the box says, cherios (honey nut or not) are terrible for you.
