Post Your Favorite Healthy Foods

Besides the unhealthy stuff we like to eat, I try to add healthy foods into my daily diet. Ipick foods high in nutrients and anti-oxidants and HDL

some of my favorite health food munchies are Walnuts, spinach and artichokes ( in cheese dipform

)Blackberries, Rasberries, and Dark Chocolate, mostly organic stuff is what i'm starting to like, like natural shit.

And all sorts of eggs, though sometimes, all the bacon and sausage I cook with them doesn't really make it healthy...

My mom is a registered dietitian and nutritionist. She specializes in creating healthy diets for the morbidly obese, malnutritioned etc anyone really. Pretty much every meal is like 100% nutritious, rarely have ordered food or fast food.

I really like avocados. I can eat them like peeled apples. Avocados are high in EFA's and fatty acids, good fats etc. you could survive on mostly avocados they are so good for you.

I LOVE pineapples. Not from the can, Big hunks of pineapple just sliced are good. Nothing like a big chunk of pineapple on a hot day.

I also LOVE kiwis. Kiwis are really good but they are hard to get too - fruit in Alaska is kind of poor quality.

But my favorite fruit?

Pomegranate!!!

Each little morsel is bursting with juicy goodness!

I also love Sushi- not a fruit/veggie- but its healthy!

I eat a mango everyday. They are so delicious. By far my favorite healthy things to eat. Those dried mango things are alright, but nothing beats a fresh, ripe mango.

I like most fruits and I also like fruit juice and stuff i like darker than usual chocolate I think its a bit better tasting.

i love fruits too but ive never seen/heard of that Pomegranate fruit, that looks like some juicy goodness

I love broccoli, easily my fav veggy.. I can eat it raw by itself.

Pomegranates are awesome. When I was growing up, a neighbor down the street had a pomegranate bush (tree?) in their yard, and we'd steal some in the summer.

I love all fruits. My favorites are nectarines, plums and limes.

I do like strawberries, cantaloupe, asparagus, broccoli. Oh and milk. I could drink it by the gallon.
