Yes, but "good" fat.. Avacodos rock on salad or in guacamole

I'd suggest making your own burger patties out of ground beef, then scoop a little section out of the middle and put some cannabudder in there. That should work really well! Might taste a little better if you add salt/pepper, possibly some garlic if that's your thing. I've never actually tried this, but I got the idea from a burger "recipe" in Steven Raichlen's Barbecue Bible in which he suggests putting herb butter in the burger patties.

Also, you could try just putting the ground up mj in the ground beef before forming the patties, but would it get too hot over the open flame that way?

I'm thinking that you could do that.. maybe it would be better done on a flat top grill (or a griddle would be more accessible.. (unless you work with a flat top grill like I do) not like I could make pot burgers at work.. but.. anway. I'm thinking that would be good if you cooked at really low temp like say definatly under 400 maybe around 325-375 degrees ( you could probably even bake the burger I don't think it would taste that bad in the oven )

I'm not a fan of guacamole so I'm suggesting making a BBQ sauce with finely ground weed you could probably make a pretty potent, yet tasty BBQ sauce. There is enough strong flavors in BBQ that it should mask the taste quite well.

The only thing abut a BBQ sauce is that the sauce would have to have a reasonably high fat content for the THC to "stick" to.
The hamburger meat itself (beef) has a fat content that would do well for THC absorption, but I don't know about BBQ sauce. I suppose t would depend on how it is made.

Although your mention of the flat-top grill leads me to another question...
If someone were to make pot-burgers by mixing bud in the meat, would the grease (liquid fat, basically) that escapes during cooking contain any of the absorbed THC, thus reducing the potency of the burgers?
I think it would suck major ass to go to all the trouble to have a blazin' burger party only to have the good stuff drip down on your coals or drain into a grease trap.

Anyone else have any thoughts on this?

If you cleaned you trap ahead of time, i would see no reason not to use the grease, but who want to eat just grease... I guess i would probably do it if I knew it would get me real high, but if you could make some sort of a topping with the grease, maybe using the grease as a base for a bbq sauce, lol...
