| (Ramen noodles instead of chowmein noodles, hence the stoner bit.) 1-2 packs of ramen noodles, or regular chowmein, depending on how much you want. 2 cups cut and cooked chicken. Cup of soy sauce. 2 tps of corn starch. 1 cup of vegetables (you can use anything- I like bell peppers and onions, and you can add more than one cup if you want. It doesn't matter. Just don't use beans or lettuce or corn, unless it's baby corn.) 4 cloves of garlic. 1 handful of cooked rice. 1/4 cup of olive oil. Chicken broth. (Like a cup I think, more or less depending on how saucy you want) Cook the ramen noodles the usual way, and drain them. Sautee them in a wok (or deep frying pan) along with the handful of rice. Make sure they're cooked gently, and add more olive oil as necessary to prevent sticking. Once your noodles are done (they'll be firm and won't get soggy) add your vegetables, chicken, and garlic. Keep sauteeing. If you need more liquid, add in some chicken broth. Once that's all cooked down, add in the soy sauce and keep stirring. This is the base for your sauce, along with the broth and olive oil. I also like to add a little bit of cooking sherry for the bitterness, but this is optional. You can add as much liquid here as you like, if you prefer a soup type dish, or just enough liquid to coat the noodles. Use cornstarch (never flour!) to thicken your base. This dish goes great with frozen eggrolls, haha. |

Then slice into julienne strips. Mix together all the dry spices and sprinkle on top of the meat. Add the oil and stir. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Heat a frying pan or wok. When hot add a little oil and heat. When hot, add some of the meat to form a single layer, so it is not crowded in the pan Continue to fry on the hottest heat possible, and turn the meat over so it cooks quite quickly. About 2 minutes. Remove and place on a dish. Repeat until all the meat is cooked. Add to the pan the onions and tomatoes, cook for 1/2 minute. Add the already cooked meat. Mix completely. Serve, on bread with some tahina

![]() Rosemary Lemon Pepper Chicken Ingredients: 3 lemons 2 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary 2 tsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper, coarsely ground 1 minced clove garlic 2 boneless skinless whole chicken breasts Using a grater, grate the peel from one lemon and reserve in a small bowl. Slice all of the lemons in half. Thinly slice one of the halves and set aside. Squeeze all of the juice from the remaining lemons into the bowl with the lemon peel. Remove any seeds that may have fallen into the juice. Add the rosemary, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well. Liberally spray a medium heavy skillet with cooking spray. Over medium high heat lightly brown the chicken on each side. Add the lemon juice mixture to the pan and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Flip the chicken over and continue to cook until the chicken is thoroughly cooked (when the juices run clear when pierced and the flesh is no longer pink in the thickest part of the chicken breast). Toss the lemon slices into the pan and cook for a minute more. Serve hot. | |
