Oatmeal is good for you, and it helps you feel full longer.

fruits, vegetables, and stuff you cooked yourself

cooking yourself means you can gauge how healthy what yur eating is, and you will save money, you spend alot less on making your own meal than on eating out

I can summarize all of these posts in two words, my friend:

Abs. Diet.

I hate to sound like an advert, but I was in the same situation you were. 5'11", 150 pounds for most of my life. Smoker. Never gianed any weight. Then, my junior year, out of nowhere, bam. 30 pounds added on. I picked up a copy of this BLISSFULLY simple diet (which is merely a set of easy to follow, no calorie counting guidelines), and I lost 26 pounds in six weeks.

This did take a bit of commitment, though. I gave up drinking and smoking for those entire six weeks (the only hard part of the plan).

I'd explain it more to you in full, but you'd be better off picking up the book. I recently referred a 260 pound friend to it four-five months ago. He's nearly 202, now.

Trust me, you won't regret it.

Actually peanut butter is a great way to reduce cholesterol. (as long as you get the sugar free kind.) Peanut butter has omega 3 and 6 fatty acids (as does marijuana, and marijuana has it in the most abundance of any plant on earth and it has it in the perfect ratio.) and that combats saturated fats and bad cholesterol.

Default Bran Flakes

This may be no help at all if you don't like bran, but I enjoy a bowl of bran flakes for breakfast everyday. Since bran has insoluable fibre it it takes longer for your body to process it and it keeps you satisfied for a while. If you have a quick bowl of bran flakes before really munching out you will east half the bad foods than you normally would and the fibre will help your digestive system!

Make a fruit salad and smoke up. Then close your eyes and pick a piece and eat it. All the excitement of chex-mix without the fat, etc. The fun never ends haha.
