| What I have done is if I know I will be smoking alot sometime within the day I don't eat alot of calories before then. So, when I do pig-out then it adds up to a normal day's worth of calories. A lot of time I fight off the munchies, but I also try to surround myself with fruits and veggies. |

| I've noticed that due to the munchi's I'll eat just about anything. I've been trying to turn to healthier foods to munch on, but I fail due to poor planning. Talking to a friend of mine he suggests pre-planning snack/s or meal that is healthy. I have not yet done this yet probably cause I keep forgetting to (smoke too much weed). Then after eating a healthy meal he suggests using mouth wash and my brushing teeth. This makes sense cause brushing teeth after eating is healthy, but do you ever want to eat after brushing your teeth? NO cause nothing tastes good after brushing and it ends eating WAY too much. I hopefully will remember to do this tonight... |

| I know it's already been said... but fruits and veggies. Fruit is amazing anyways, it's a wonderful God-given gift for us. Take advantage of that. If it's man-made, it's been tampered with and there's a chance they've added plenty of terrible things in the mix because it's tasty. Try smoothies. Make your own. Here are things I like to use: Ice (duh) Pineapple (My favorite fruit) Banana Apple Strawberry Tomato Fresh Mint Any kind of melon Apple Juice Orange Juice Hemp seed milk (it's great because of all the protein and it's creamy) Hemp protein powder (plenty of reasons to use this) Hemp or almond butter Yogurt (frozen or not, helps thicken it up and adds flavor) Just make your own recipe... let me know if you've found a good one. Smoothies are very filling and very healthy. Fruit has a lot of sugar, but it won't do you any harm... except it can rot your teeth... so brush haha. |

| rice cakes are really good, especially the apple cinnamon and the caramel kinds and they are usually around 45-50 calories per rice cake. since they are carbs, they fill you up pretty well. |

| I load up on frozen fruit (and fresh too!) and fruit dip. Its made from yogurt and its sold by the bagged salads and whatnot. Tasty stuff. Oh! and fresh veggies with ranch, lots of unsweetened iced tea, grilled chicken, frozen sorbets, etc. and if I HAVE to have something sweet, I opt for little squares of that super dark chocolate. Kills my sweet tooth and its actually GOOD for you! ![]() |

| when it comes to veggies the greener the better penut butter is great it has a little fat, but is packed full of protien which is very good for your body if you eat often enough your metabolism will get better and better and you will be able to burn some extra calories |
