I read something on this board about having to cook the hash with fat/oil to get u high, is this realy needed??
Or could i forinstance just put crumbled hash in a youghurt?

you need to heat the weed in fat/oil in order for it to give you a significant high. the fat has to absorb the thc and the heat activates it
