Hey, Ive always wanted to try out eating bud, but never know how much is needed to eat in order to get a good high. If I just flat out ate a ten sack, followed by some sort of alcohol or fat, would it work out good for me?

Nope, you would need to extract the THC by cooking it in butter or oil then use it to cook with. You may as well just eat the $10.

I think you'd have to eat like 2 whole grams of some good chronic to get high... but I really don't know.

It would probably pass right through your digestive system because your body would have a difficult time digesting it. I would assume you'd have to eat a few grams to feel anything. The gastric acid in your stomach would not dissolve the THC well enough for this to be economical in any way. Nor would it be palatable either.

Some buddies of mine were recently pulled over with a QP in the car. They were passing through an area that has had a lot of gang activity lately, and knew they would be searched.

Imagine:

Flashing lights. Two skinny stoner boys. A QP. They were shoveling into their mouths as fast as they possibly could, and waited until the cop was like 2 feet behind the car to shove the bag under the seat in case they weren't searched after all.

They got searched, although they weren't being suspicious at that point and the cop didn't see them stash the pot.

They were charged with possession of less than one ounce (barely less).

While they were waiting in jail, one of them was rolling around on the concrete floor, laughing uncontrollably at nothing and incoherently talking to Jesus, and the other one was holding on to the steel seat thing because he thought that he was in space.

so...they had a QP (4 ounces) and ate a bunch then had less than an ounce? they must have some strong jaws

No offense Wanderlust, but I think your buddies are yanking your chain.

First of all I don't believe it's possible to eat over 3oz of weed in the time between being pulled over and the time a cop approaches the car.

Second of all, because of the way THC is absorbed in the system, simply eating marijuana without dissolving the THC in a fatty substance or alcohol has almost no effect, i.e. it doesn't get you high.

I once ate 5 grams for not apparant reason and it did in fact fuck me up, no where near as much as it would have if i cooked it or smoked it, but it did get me pretty high.
