| Hey guys I often make Chai (indian spicy milk tea) and have a night to myself tonight so I figure I'm just going to make some with a bit of bud in it and see what happens. Recipe: 750mL full cream milk. 4 crushed cardamom pods 3 whole cloves 3 tsp black tea (I use english breakfast) 1 tsp nutmeg 4 tbsp cinnamon (or more, I like lots of cinnamon) White sugar to taste (about 1 cup) I'm using the very small reserves of weed I have left, which is about half a gram, but its freaking chronic, so I think it should do something at least. Get a big pot and pour the milk in. Turn on the heat to low. Add all the spices and herbs to the pot in the order above, waiting about 20 seconds between each item. I'm going to put the weed in at the same time as the milk, just so it can simmer for as long as possible. Leave the milk on low heat for as long as you want. In India its often simmering for days in a sort of communal pot which people come and use. Generally I simmer it for half an hour or so all up. Strain out all the tea and cardamom, and be very careful to get the cloves out (no one likes biting a clove halfway through their Chai). Pour and drink. This is usually amazing sans the pot (if I may say so myself). I can recommend it for anyone who wants a tasty drink. I'll keep you posted on the high situation, how it goes, etc. |

| Let me know how this works. I have a hard time getting these recipes on this site to work, and thinking about trying something with milk. |
