 . This couldn't be a mere accident could it? Guards trying to teach him a lesson? Someone had to speak up! In the LEAST someone must've heard him getting the shit kicked out of him... This is so unacceptable, I don't even have thoughts or words to describe it....just makes me sick.

| If it was a well known case, I would say the guards must've known. I could see something like that happening, 'mistakes' don't really happen like that. In fact wouldn't the victim have seen his cell buddy and at least said something so he wouldn't be put in the same cell? I can't imagine him being fine being put into the same cell with the man he testified against. That must have been the scariest moment of that mans life. Thats terrible.

I'm glad that inmate opened his mouth, or else who knows, the other inmate could've been set free to kill again! Just because a person is a convict he deserves death? Have you never committed a crime? Smoking pot aren't you? You may be a convict yourself one day. When someone finds you murdered in your cell, after you're in there for a pot charge I'm sure there will be someone there also to say "One less convict". EDIT: Quote:
