This is an article I found about how the world views women who get high. I thought it was pretty interesting, especially this quote:

I'm a girl and a stoner, but I've definitely noticed that there aren't many girls that I've smoked with out of all the different "tribes" I've smoked with in the past. I can probably count five at the most, and that's out of probably more than fifty. I've probably smoked hundreds of college students in my town.

So in my personal experience, maybe one in ten stoners was female. (1:10)
