| Yes. I am able to see that my candidate is not perfect. He will never be right on ever single issue. He will never satisfy deep evangelical conservatives and there deep beliefs. But I believe, in his speech, that we can agree on things we disagree on, instead of ignoring it. My candidate is not a perfect person, and I am very happy with that. Especially reading his book(I am glued to it). I actually get to know my candidate for what he is. Through the poetry in his words, I witness his weaknesses, and strong points. That is a bond I have with my candidate. Something far different then the others have to offer. Something from him, that cannot be edited, or changed from a different person. It's a piece of him, for me... and the millions that have bought and read his book.

| Marvin, I have a question. Why is it that those of you against Obama cannot make your arguments without using insults? Do you people really think that the ability to hurl insults is going to sway people to vote for John McCain? To be honest, it is the insulting and arrogant tone (Shrill screeching?) from the right over the last twelve to sixteen years that has so firmly put me in the democratic camp. I'm a registered Independant- but Cheney's "Fuck off" in Congressional chambers, being called unpatriotic too many times after having served 12 years of my life for my country because of my choices- the bullying and outright appalling lack of manners from Rove, Limbaugh, Bush, Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld and others- That is exactly what made me stop listening to the arguments from the centrist right and the waaaay right... I don't care for that behavior, we are ALL Americans- Lord, I understand passion and belief in your own judgement, but really- We were taught better behavior in the first grade. Well, we were when I went to school. Thank you if you choose to answer. I don't, for the record, think McCain or Obama is cheap, or a liar- I think McCain's philosophy is wrong, but I don't need to insult him to make that clear. Kelly | |

| You mean cheap as in...... Finally paying off his college loans by the time he was in his 40's. Cheap as in....Graduated from Harvard, going back to Chicago with a beat up $2,000 car. With the Resume that got him to the top of an accountant firm, that could have easily made 6 figures a year at least. But instead, this cheap guy, left that all behind him to be a community organizer to help the poor. He saved lives, he put food in peoples stomachs with a very small budget. He listened to peoples cries, and put his own needs behind him to be there servant, there voice. God damned Anti-Christs. |
