I think for me and a lot of other people, a vote for McCain is a vote for the religious right. Palin and her group of idiots will drive our country back to the stone age. She will inject her religion into every decision she makes. And a bonus, most republicans I talk with still say this dumb shit "I'm not going to vote for a Muslim". The fact that it scares Christians in this country saying "Muslim or "Barrack Obama” is good enough for my vote.
Christians have been terrorizing this country for years. I know that Obama is a Christian, but the old white preachers will have a hard sell on their hands.

What I took away from your post is that you are, mainly, voting against a religion rather than voting for a candidate. Obviously, you are welcome to vote for whatever reason you please, though I have to say I find this is a horrible reason to vote for any candidate.

In my opinion no vote should be cast in spite. I believe that people should keep up with what their government is doing and take the time to learn how past actions are affecting us today.

I believe that people should vote for whom they feel would best serve the country as a whole, as opposed to voting for the candidate who would best serve their personal agenda.

The Democrat party was split. Half/majority woman was voting for Hillary. A large group refused to vote at all. It's exactly why McCain put millions into an add featuring a woman who supposedly was a Hillary supporter and why real woman vote for McCain. If that's not for McCain's personal agenda. I don't know what is.


But honestly, all you people who flipped when I laughed at the guns comment. Seriously, I respect your guns. But I simply laughed because it seems we tend to talk more about gun rights, than weed rights. I <3 your weapons.

Stop being selfish, whining about your guns. The only reason you need guns to protect your family, is because the Wal-Mart beside your house sells sub machine guns and ammo. This is a world issue not just an American issue. If we stay in Iraq its only a matter of time before Washington figures out some way to start using their oil. Then the Bush prophecy will be fulfilled. All other countries will wash their hands of us if we elect another Bush(McCain). We are now a country of services, our economy cannot survive without the rest of the worlds support.

This comment is so inaccurate it isn't even remotely close to being truthful.(aside from the fact I live less than 1/4 mi. from the nearesat Walmart, anyway)...of course, people often don't care about the truth as long as their sound byte sounds good to the general public. truth is often secondary. However, you stating such a rediculous statement as though it were somehow real just because you said so reminds me of the techniques used by the gun control movement. They'll say anything, regardless of truthfulness, because hearing lies promoting their cause is better than hearing nothing to promote their cause. For what its worth, I bet you cannot show me a SINGLE Walmart that sells "submachine guns", as those are class 3 Weapons only special dealers can do business in, and the paperwork, taxes, and background investigations required to own one are something very few people actually submit themselves to, due to the time, expense, and privacy sacrificed.. Lets keep things real here....Walmart doesn't sell submachine guns, never has, never will, and any attempt to claim otherwise is just anti-gun hyperbole that holds zero truth when researched. Don't lie to us in an attempt to make your point...it just makes you look silly (and quite wrong) in the end.. The only submachine guns you'll find at Walmart are tiny, plastic, completely non-functional and included free with purchase........ of a GI Joe action figure. other than that, you won't be finding Class 3 firearms at your local Walmart SuperCenter The things some people say....or worse....believe....amazes me to no end.

Yeah, people...quit whining about your guns...or your freedom of speech...or your freedom from illegal search and seizure.....or your right to vote.....I mean, its just the Constitution (and Bill of Rights), after all....the very foundation of this country.

Furthermore, I fully understand that even hairtesthater probably didn't mean what was posted literally...that it was more of a blanket statement used to attempt to describe the widespread availbility of firearms in this country....but, nonetheless, every point I mentioned is true, and what hairtesthater stated was completely wrong on all accounts.

Maybe thats because some of us have realized that our right to own firearms is Constitutionally protected(and recently reaffirmed by the US SC), while our "right" to smoke weed doesn't exist on a federal level, and only in certain cases on a state level. This might be "marijuana.com" but you'll find freedom lovers of all kinds here, and many of us don't see the gun control issue as a "lol"ing matter.

Just insert "Push-Button Human Killer" or "semi auto hand gun" it doesn't matter. The fact that in this country you can go to a department store and buy a baby carriage, blankets for your bed, and oh yeah don’t forget our human killer and Ammo, its ridiculous. And the surplus guns that are manufactured here where do you think they end up? Middle east?
And do you really think that the government will go door to door if there is a ban on guns?
Weed has been banned, do you still smoke?
Do the right thing, place your vote with the world in mind and not your own selfish agenda.
