Show us some proof for that statement.

Personally, I believe that the only way a Republican will be elected President this election is if Hillary is the democratic nominee. If Obama is the nominee, McCain or whoever is the republican nominee doesn't stand a chance.

Here it is.....Obama flip-flops on pot*-*-*The Washington Times, America's Newspaper

Personally, I think when the country finds out where he stands on issues, they'll realize he's way too liberal to effectively lead this country and he'll just be another George McGovern.

Obama Campaign Retracts Statement Supporting Decriminalization

Washington, DC: Senator Barack Obama’s campaign backed away from statements made last week affirming the Senator’s support for decriminalizing marijuana, after being confronted with inconsistencies in his past and present campaigns on the issue by the Washington Times.
A spokesman for Obama’s campaign blamed confusion over the meaning of decriminalization for the inconsistencies, and said that while Obama does not support decriminalization, "we are sending far too many first-time, nonviolent drug users to prison for very long periods of time, and that we should rethink those laws."

Like a true blue politician, when asked a difficult question, they side step it. Its a yes or no answer.

Well, at one of the debates, the moderator asked the candidates to raise their hands if they disagreed to decriminalizing marijuana. Obama raised his hand. It was sort of hesitant, but he raised it nonetheless. I believe his campaign members have stated that he still believes in it, more recently than the debate... so who knows. This is legitimately a flip-flop issue of his.

Here's the clip:
It's not the most important issue to me, so I'm glad that he's at least had experience with it and knows it's not a really terrible drug. At least he promises to end medical marijuana raids.

Its the truth. People can choose to deny the truth but that doesn't change the fact that the man isn't on board with MJ decriminalization. He put his finger in the air and tested the political wind. Everyone else was against it so he figured he'd better jump on board or get hammered. The GOP will have a field day with this guy if he gets the nomination.

I wonder if this country is ready to elect a woman or a black man as president? I think this election will show us all our "true colors" as Americans.......

I am of the opinion that white America really runs the show, and since money talks, it will speak for big business, as always, and being a liberal black or woman candidate may not be an asset.......

I'm pretty sure that my region is about to give Hillary a huge boost. I just can't see Obama winning Maryland, DC, or Virginia. It's gonna be hard if he loses all three on Tuesday.

"True Colors"? Please elaborate. "White" america is the major "ethnic" group in this country with something like 70 to 73% of the population. So whats the big deal about the majority running the country. In England, the English run their country. The same applies to France. Why? Because they are the majority.
