Or, on the other hand, the "Miracle" could be a premature war with Iran which will make a lots of Americans to go with McCain, and maybe with General Powells for Vice President.
Sounds Scary!

I found some of Wright's sermons - the whole sermons - including the God Damn America and The CHickens have come home to roost

Those clips Fox has been playing are totally misrepresentive and have been edited to the extent they are meaningless.

Based on these sermons, I would say Obama is an agent of change, and based on his refusal to abandon his friend, a standup incorruptible guy to boot. Peep the clips:

Here's his response to the criticism he's received as a result of this whole guns and religion debacle. When he puts it in that kind of perspective it makes more sense. I'm disappointed that he brought up the "change" crap at the end, though. Yeah, we get it already.

Today is pretty much the final nail in Hillary's coffin. Obama today was endorsed by Edwards.

Not trying to sound harsh towards the Hillary supporters, but I am just saying that Obama will be likely to be the top democrat against McCain.

I caught Edwards and Obama's speech today. And it's a great feeling actually. Considering every time he talks, I get chill bumps.

I do believe that Obama will get the nomination, but it IS a bit disconcerting that he lost so badly in West Virginia, combined with the fact that many voters there would reportedly vote for McCain over Obama. I'm afraid of this election's outcome; pretty much the only thing left giving me hope is that there has been a surge in newly registered Democrat voters.. or is it just newly-registered voters? A cursory google search hasn't brought up figures on how many of those are Democrats, but apparently most of them are black, women, and young people, which tells me that most are probably Democrats.

Anyway, I hope we can unite against whoever we nominate and keep McCain the hell out of the White House.

You know. I wasn't a big supporter of Kerry. But I simply voted for him, because it was a vote against Bush. I think the democrats will do the same thing.

Theres still allot of months to come, which is still allot of time to unite the party. Who knows, maybe Hillary will even endorse Obama. I think that will be great, and the respectable thing to do. Considering Edwards was in the same position.

I even think the Exit polls really don't mean much. Such as, "If Hillary loses, will you vote for Obama"

I think if I was put in the same position, if it said, "If Obama loses, will you vote for Hillary".

I'd probably say no, just because I believe he will win.

Just as I hope people will realize putting Obama in the WH would be a great mistake. As unpopular as my view is, I still am confident that McCain will be a better leader than Obama, Hillary, or the two combined, for that matter. I have absolutely NO confidence in either of the Democrtatic candidtates being a suitable leader for our country. Luckily, as you've been losing hope, mine has been rising and gaining momentum. I think people are starting to see what electing an ultra-lib to the WH would actually mean, combined with concern about Obama's great vagueness in his supposed plans for "change".

In reality though, all this debate over who might be president or how they will do is meaningless. As much as we'd like to think we know exactly where our leader will guide us to, we're completely clueless, and it wouldn't be the first time a candidate that showed promise got elected and flipped on their set of views and ideals. Whether its MCCain or Obama, we're CLUELESS as to how they'll actually run the country. Prehaps we should revisit this thread in 2011, and see where our country is and why. At least we'll have actions to base our judgements on, and not merely inspirational speeches about "change".
