Today and tomorrow, I will be in Birmingham, Alabama, along with a number of my staff, to attend the National TASC Conference. If you were listening to the Russ and Dee Morning Show on The Source 101.1 FM this morning, you may have heard me discussing DPA efforts to reform drug policies in Alabama.
