|  [The D'Alliance] Canine Consciousness Expansion Check out this NPR pieceabout a cocker spaniel who developed an obsession with licking toads.She reportedly went from being an alert, engaged family pet to beinglistless, sleeping all the time, and puking a lot (toad venom is toxic,after all). You will be relieved to know that after a coupleyears she learned to control her use--now she only sucks toads onweekends, and she keeps her indulgence to a manageable dosage.
