[Event] Medical Marijuana Community Forum in New Mexico

Drug Policy Alliance of New Mexico is continuing its series of community forums, and this month we're in Ruidoso! Join us to talk about medical marijuana, and don’t forget to bring a friend! Learn more about the 2007 medical marijuana legislation, which calls for legal access to marijuana for seriously ill and dying patients. For the past two years the legislation to provide patients safe access to medical marijuana failed to pass, but this year, with your help, we can pass this vital legislation for our fellow New Mexicans. The Medical Marijuana Community Forum will be held Saturday morning, November 4th, from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Ruidoso Public Library. It'll be a great chance to learn about the bill, its chances for passage, and how you can get involved. I'll be speaking about the bill and what it's like to be involved in such a fast-paced legislative campaign for compassion.
