Since the article talked about a "bill", I missed that it was a ballot initiative.

Actually, 5 of the 13 medical marijuana states have laws passed by their legislatures: Hawaii, Maryland, New Mexico, Rhode Island, & Vermont.

Limits in ballot initiatives are there for the same reasons as limits in laws passed by legislatures: most people won't vote for such laws if quantities are not limited because they're concerned that medical marijuana will be diverted for recreational purposes. Only a third of voters polled would be willing to legalize marijuana for recreational purposes.

I have done brownies before but thats it,and it did take quite a more than smoking it so I can see how they go through a ounce a week easy, and the GREENFOODGAMES thing goes like this
