Thats interesting that you can be charged for having marijuana in your system after a car crash. Even though I can drive fine high, some can't, but thats kind of a loopy law considering how THC stays in your system for up to 30 days! Imagine that, getting an extra charge slapped on you for smoking a joint a week prior to the accident

I can understand their concern and the motive behind it, but it seems they need to update their system a little bit. Pompo, I agree with you too. They must really think low of their citizens if they are expecting confusion over MMJ laws and recreational use laws. Where I come from, everyone knows you can't purchase tobacco or alcohol until you fit the criteria, is it THAT hard of a concept to grasp the same with marijuana?
