Woman calls police to report stolen marijuana

A Charleston woman faces a felony drug charge after she told police her marijuana was stolen.

Shane N- Walker -- who's 25 -- faces a count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Charleston Police found three ounces of marijuana inside a gym bag belonging to her boyfriend's brother.

That's according to a complaint filed yesterday in Kanawha County Magistrate Court.

Walker also told police she sells the drug. She showed authorities a collection of plastic sandwich bags in which she stores the pot.

She told police she thought her boyfriend was hiding more than three ounces of marijuana belonging to her. Authorities contacted the man, who agreed to have his brother turn over the drug.

I think the basic thing to remember here is that, like any other activity, people of all types, and intelligence, smoke pot. But this woman was probably stupid long before she started smoking.
