Take a look at this, this is a map showing all the grow ops found in Toronto within 1 year (2007). Keep in mind that this is only showing basically Toronto proper ... Richmond hill, Brampton, Mississauga, Pickering, Markham and all the other regions that make up the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) are all producing a lot of weed, especially the ones to the west of Toronto proper, but aren't shown here.

That doesn't even include the ones the cops haven't caught yet. To be fair though, how many people live in that area, 1 - 2 million? How many grow ops are there? Couple hundred.
