I saw this on the fox news station last night, but only as a caption running along the bottom of the screen. I wish people would realize that this is important enough to be placed in the headline news or front page articles.

I saw the same thing.It is great news and I expected it.
Sadly, that news was delegated to a news banner running on the bottom of the screen seemingly not worth much of a mention.One would think the 1st amendment would get a little more respect here in the land of the free.

The Govt-Media prefers to keep any positive breaking-news stories concerning marijuana low key. Sometimes they won't mention them at all. They don't want more folks leaving the prohibition camp and joining our side! Even upholding the 1st Amendment doesn't get the respect it deserves because of the WOD. Major bias...it's very sad.
Despite the bias, however, it's great to see that there are still judges out there who continue to uphold the Constitution. It gives us hope that sanity will eventually prevail...
