IF only they gave this much attention to the removal of the REALLY BAD WEEDS......ya know....poison ivy or sumac!

I would be far more appreciative as a parent if they would......but nope.
Pick on that poor pot plant that ain't hurting anybody and would probably sucuumb to a lawnmower blade sooner than later anyway.

Mmm... Whats it like in your city? Would it be easy for someone to get away with growing a couple of outdoor plants in their backyard?
Both theories are good. Bird droppings or teenagers. Although, I'd probably say it was the bird if anything. Whenever I get any bud it rarly had seeds in it.{DELETED}

if you get indoor grown there are usually no seeds, but if you get outdoor grown there are usually seeds.

I say do a surprise raid on the elementary school.Send in the DEA in full combat gear with K9's and all and do a thorough search of all lunch boxes and desk cubicles.Shake down every back pack.Commence drug testing every one of them little kiddies and do intensive interrogations.

Then do follow-ups on every parent of every child.Do the same with the teachers and especially that janitor...

Perhaps even use helicopter observation and be sure to get video's and 8x10 glossy photo's with circles and arrows explaining what each one is about....as the song goes..

Okay,maybe not.
