Default Wreckless?

I'd say Marc Emery is a wrecked narcissist, now. Will the train wreck caused by his recklessness wreak havoc on the Canadian legalization movement? Only time will tell. Will I be pun-ished for saying that?

Default it depend on how we respond

The Canadian legalization movement, while further ahead than the US, still has a ways to go.

The only way we CAN lose this fight, is by giving in to them.

Would it be a fair statement to also say that members of your movement can set you back if they conduct themselves in an inappropriate manner?

Cool Perhaps.

Maybe you're right. Unfortunately another reason is that the semi successful people are discredited based on others' perspectives of "conducting themselves in an inappropriate manner."

For instance;
I'm sure you'd say Marc was going about in an inappropriate manner, Niteshift, but I would disagree. However, since they're are enough people, that would agree with you, his case might just blow away like sand in the overall picture of the "War on Drugs"

But ultimately, I would agree with you. For Marc supporters though, it is quite frustrating.

Nope. That's your opinion, and it's of course valid. A perspective of Marc being a "narcissist" could easily be formed without really following or knowing what he's done. Do you watch Canadian media, or American? Do you read Canadian media or American?

Marc's interview (might be interesting for some):

Realplayer, audio interview

You missed the point: I was just playing with the language. What I wrote was in response to someone who referred to Emery's wreckless narcissism. That amused me. In a misplaced fit of whimsy I started playing with "reck", "wreck", and "wreak". I thought the hyphenated "pun-ished" was more than a clue.

Does a cautious person have a lot of "reck"? Is a polite person "couth"?
