Link Between Cannabis And Abnormalities In Babies
Galway Independent | 09/14/2005

A professor from NUI Galway has discovered a link between recreational drug use and fetal abnormalities.

The report, published by Professor John Morrison, found that women who took drugs such as cocaine, ecstasy and cannabis at the time of conception often had malformations in their offspring.

Forty-seven women were included in the study and nearly a fifth of them had used recreational drugs prior to conception.

A condition known as fetal gastro-sysus has been increasingly found in young mothers in recent times. The condition occurs where the baby is born with its abdominal walls open and the intestines and internal organs are outside the body.

The research used technology to measure drug compounds in the mother’s hair, which allowed the project team to trace drug intake back to early pregnancy and the conception period.

Twenty-two of the 47 women involved had the condition.

(BuzzNote: Does this sound fishy to anyone else? The children of 22 out of 47 randomly selected pregnant women all had the same birth defect? That's pretty unlikely. Even if it's not a complete fabrication, the numbers say the cause is not their drug use.

If 20% of the women used recreational drugs and 47% of the children of all the women had this birth defect it points to something other than their drug use. They need to look at the local water and food supplies, or meds that they were taking.)

gee, aint it possible that this has something to do with pollution, or preservatives in food too?????

nope, probably just the illegal drugs, (not tobacco or alcohol either right)

Default Read it...........

There is a book that you still might be able to purchase.
"Secret Agenda of the CIA".

I'll leave it at that. It says it all about the U.S. government agency that performed some horrific atrocities on human beings.

Babies being born from the type of deformaties being described are obviously being affected by water contaminants/pollutants.

A small town in Nevada had a large population of the children being born with lukemia. So many that the water was tested and was found to contain contaminants from the days of nuclear testing. I think the town was Fallon Nevada.

Just some points being made.

Are you kidding me? Someone tell me they're not grouping cannabis with these other drugs...

We found one with cocaine and marijuana here doc... mark one down for both those drugs again...

Are you serious? Let's hope not.

So, again, did they account for each drug individually, or group them all together? ...

Nailed it on the nose right there. It mentions nothing of any control groups even, or any kind of scientific method what so ever. Unfortunately for us, this **** gets printed anyway, without any kind of opposition.

I emailed the site's information email account.
