Yes, it is possible. The final decision rests with him. However, I consider it very unlikely, since he is the one that stayed the Canadian charges against Emery, is he not? That means he cleared the way for extradition. Why would he do that if he wasn't intending to approve the extradition? 'Course I could be wrong, maybe somebody else stayed teh Canadian charges, I was thinking I read it was him though.

I hope you're right. Because at this point it really does look like he is going to end up in the American court system.

Here's the thing about racism, (or nationalism in this case) there's nothing you can do to stop yourself from encountering it. The best plan is to politely disagree. In this case something like "It's not okay to call Canadians pussies because I know many who aren't." If the person continues to be a jerk or refuses to change their stance just ignore them. Getting angry and hurt over something like this doesn't solve the problem. In fact you are playing into that person's hands. They want you to get angry over the crap they are spewing. Just remember people who make those kinds of statements aren't worth listening to in the first place.

None of this really applies in this case because Cassius told you all that he didn't really mean what he said.
