You really ought to have some idea what you're talking about before you make such an assertion. Not only do Libertarians favor medical marijuana, they favor an end to all forms of drug prohibition.
I posted a link to the Libertarian Party website that clearly shows that eliminating drug prohibition is a major plank of the Libertarian platform.

End Prohibition

killer responded to this demonstration that he was posting bullsh*t by changing the subject, as if that in some way made his original false statement true:

3) You tried to make this about my emotional attitude towards you instead of the fact that you posted a lie and refused to admit it when it was demonstrated to be a lie.

It doesn't matter if you hate or love me...its okay really.
Just look at how the american public is voting. It is getting increasingly conservative. The GOP is now the dominant party. The south has gone republican and it appears it will stay that way for quite some time. If the Libertarians approach southern voters with their plan to legalize drugs they will be relegated to "left wing hippy status" and be ignored, even more so than Northeast Liberals.
Is it a fact? Well in politics there really aren't any facts when dealing with politicians now is there?
Now where is that olive branch I bought for this moment? I agree with you 90% of the time. I HOPE the Libertarians can take off and gain some "real" political power. BUT our system is a serious lockdown, when it comes to political power sharing. It used to be a 50/50 balance, sort of, between the Dems and the GOP. Things are changing though.

When I called you on the issue you attempted to change the subject to not the issue.

I'm not concerned with the realpolitik of the Libertarians' chances of becoming a major political party, just the truth of your original statement that most libertarians don't support medical marijuana.

One of the first things I learned when I started debating in 1964 was not to allow your opponent to get away with changing the subject.

Well, I'll concede this one. I couldn't prove or disprove it. Just as I couldn't prove or disprove whether or not most Dems stand by or approve of the entire party platform, as it is made up entirely of individuals.
