In response to complaints about the unhealthy nature of fast food, most of the chains have started to offer healthy items on their menus. Most of them now have a variety of salads, chicken breast sandwiches along with the burgers, and Subway's advertising campaign rests on the low-fat nature of several of its sandwiches.

If you go to a fast food restaurant and want to eat healthy you can. If people choose not to do so I don't see how we can fault the restaurant owners. Twenty years ago, when my kids were young, we used to go to Taco Bell and order bean burritos, bean tostadas, and taco salads. Why? Because it was the only healthy fast food we could find.

Yeah, but White Castle tastes pretty good sometimes at 4 am. And nothing beats the food of the gods, Rally's Double Barbecue Bacon Cheeseburger (dbl cheese + dbl meat + bacon + onion rings + barbecue sauce + bun, mmmm mmm). High performance human fuel!

But I accept the cholestoric consequences of my actions!! =)

Dammit, now I made myself hungry.
