|  A year ago last week, some psychotic asshole with a small grow op shot and killed four RCMP officers. Did this result in Canadian law enforcement backing off from raiding grow ops and easing up on marijuana users? Just the opposite. Canada elected a new conservative government that is emulating the DEA and cracking down on anything to do with cannabis. Violence begets more violence and repression.
