If you're suffering from a lung disease, the only thing you need to be putting in your lungs is air. My opinion only, I'm not a doctor but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express once.

Have they even considered what chemicals are in cigarette tobacco? I'm betting there is a who lot more chemicals in a cigarette than a joint.

BTW, I was a cigarette smoker (23 years). Quit 2+ years ago. Gained about 30 lbs, don't really feel any better. But, I am saving money so I will be able to stay in a Holiday Inn Express someday

If it is in fact true, then i'd say that it could be linked with smoking molded marijuana, but by holding it in, the only thing i could see yourself destroying is brain cells. Like buzzby said several months back, people hold in smoke for over 30 seconds because they think they get higher, true and untrue. The 'higher' feeling is a head blood rush, but 97.5 percent of the THC is absorbed in your lungs if you hold it in for only 5-8 seconds.
