Videotape lands man in prison

CLEVELAND -- A man, who joked on tape about the cash he had, watched as that same video helped send him to prison.
Joseph Hudson and his four friends shot the video on East 99th Street last year.

The 22-year-old showed off money and marijuana.

When police arrested them, officers found the tape.

At sentencing, Hudson admitted it was a stupid thing to do and pleaded guilty to drug trafficking.

He was sentenced to one year behind bars.

this guy was just your average garden variety idjit.....

The tape I really liked was the one where the guy actually showed hisself and others doing major weight snow plowing plus a gun spec. and he went away under federal charges for many years....

He was laughing the whole time on the tape.....bet he wasn't laughing in court tho, huh?

Can everybody say stupid?
