Prison guard hit on the head as marijuana falls from the sky

A prison guard at Norrköping prison has been struck on the head by a package of hashish that plummeted from the sky. The guard received a lump on his head but did not require medical treatment.

"A lump came out of the sky. It was just less than a hectogram (3.5 ounces)," said Lars Engström, a spokesperson for police.

Police launched an unsuccessful search of the surrounding area for the person who launched the package. Despite the fact that prison officials are almost certain the package wasn't intended to hit the guard, no prisoner has claimed the missile.

I would be happy as shit if 3.5 ounces of weed hit me on the head. My question is why would someone waste that much weed just to hit someone in the head with it.

They might have been trying to launch it into the jail courtyard so a prisoner could get it, thats just about the only reason i can think of to launch weed in the air near a jail. Still think about how crazy that would be if you were that guard. You call in on the radio and say "i have just been hit in the head with marijuana." Now thats funny.

I guess this is just another example of how dangerous marijuana can be...if thrown at someone's head.

Didnt they say it was hash? I think that 3.5 ounces of hash might knock me out. That shit would be tight to wake up to though!
