Price is Right Host Drew Carey Defends Medical Marijuana

The host of The Price is Right, comedian Drew Carey, has come out and defended the use of medical marijuana.

Carey put out a video online stating that the government should really consider going back to the drawing board and reclassify marijuana so that patients who need it for medical purposes can get it.

The site stated that marijuana can help treating cancer, HIV-AIDS, as well as glaucoma.

Carey stated "People who need it should be able to get it - safely and easily."

The website continued by saying that in 12 states currently medical marijuana is legal with a prescription. The problem though is that the government is going into the locations where the marijuana is held and raiding those locations.

Carey argues that some patients need marijuana and should be able to get it to treat themselves and improve their lives.

I watched the video and Drew Carey came across like he was doing a stand up comedy routine. Is he serious or was he just acting like one of those people who do infomercials?
