The law, as it stands now does not need to be rewritten, it is what the people voted for, the decision is in the hands of the patient and the physician, that is where it should be, not in the hands of some politician.

The law was written for sick people to have access to medpot, not for some stoner to find a quick fix.

Again, the patient and physician should be making the decision as to whether they will use marijuana to treat a particular condition.

The fact that you label anyone who doesn't fit into your classification of a sick person as a 'stoner' trying to 'get their fix' is an example of why the choice should be in the hands of the patient and physician, rather than arm-chair quarterbacks.

The problem comes about when one or both are frauds. Those people need to be "weeded" out.
Understand this....just as easily as it can be passed, a law can be repealed if its not doing what it was intended to do. Let medpot fraud excalate and thats what will happen.
