| The law, as it stands now does not need to be rewritten, it is what the people voted for, the decision is in the hands of the patient and the physician, that is where it should be, not in the hands of some politician. |

| Again, the patient and physician should be making the decision as to whether they will use marijuana to treat a particular condition. The fact that you label anyone who doesn't fit into your classification of a sick person as a 'stoner' trying to 'get their fix' is an example of why the choice should be in the hands of the patient and physician, rather than arm-chair quarterbacks. |
