|  OH: Owner of Home Where Firefighters Died May Plead OH: Owner of Home Where Firefighters Died May Plead 5/12/08/ WKRC.com/ Cincinatti, Ohio A marijuana.com news update!  The owner of a home where two Colerain firefighters died is due in court today. Matthew Cones is expected to plead guilty to a charge of illegal cultivation of marijuana. Prosecutors say the April fire at the Cones home was started by a fan that malfunctioned. The fan was in a cedar closet used for growing orchids. Investigators say they found marijuana growing in another part of the house. Captain Robin Broxterman and firefighter Brian Schira died when they fell through a section of floor weakened by the flames. Local 12 will be in court when Cones makes his appearance and we'll post the latest details on the case here on Local12.com as soon as they happen.
