I'm posting this request for a friend of mine (honestly) who recently failed a test for weed. She's pretty petite, about 5' 6" 115lbs and she last smoked on Halloween. She found out she would be tested last week, so she took a home test (first check) and passed with a faint pink line. This Monday she took her test at work and was told she failed. She contested and they will let her take another in the next week or so. So last night she purchased another home test and once again passed. That's 2 passed home vs 1 failed at work (which unfortunately is the one that counts). The morning of her test at work she said she took 4 motrin for cramps. Went to ESMI. Got the 5 panel. Got to go in the room by myself. Used 2 hand warmers and 2 pairs of underwear ( I know it's kind of overkill but it's about 30 degrees outside so I was being on the safe side). Used Agent X. When I poured it in the cup, it registered over 100 so I let it sit for a minute, swirled it, blew on it, but the temp strip wasn't really changing. After about 30 seconds to a minute, it seemed like the 100 line was a little fainter, but I'm not sure. Handed the sample to the lady. She ran it in this weird machine. Had me sign and sent me on my way. My question, if it was too hot, would she have just dumped the sample and made me retest? She didn't say anything about the temperature. I also asked how long results take (I had been acting excited about my new job so made it sound like I wanted to know when I would be able to start lol) and she said 15 to 20 minutes unless it has to go to a lab. My hiring manager's computer that receives the results went down today though, so if I did pass, he wouldn't have known. Anyone out there know if I can officially join the Sub Club? :D Ha! I used the dilution method but only using water, OJ, green tea and lemonade.
No pills or anything.. Just the liquids above and a water soluble multivitamin in citrus flavor.

Ok so I wanted to sub because I didn't believe I could pass naturally, but I was too scared of getting caught with the sub.

My test was at 5pm but i had to undergo a physical, eyesight, hearing, and general medical check. I could have just subbed because they just handed me a cup and told me they would call my name soon, so i wouldn't have had to worry about temperature because they got my sample from me half an hour after i produced it.. and was directed to use the public bathroom. I had no idea I could have cheated so easily! But anyways.

I produced my sample did all the tests, then gave my sample to the doctor.

The next day I get a call from the company's HR department. The first thing he asked me was "did you take aspirin the day of the test?" and I did not take any so i replied saying that I dont take aspirin. they then asked if i was on any other medication. So I told him that I had just finished a course of antibiotics and cold and flu tablets. Which is true. And then He tells me that i have tested positive to opiates!! (but wooo hooo no mary jane!!) anyways we figure out that it must be because of the codiene in the cold and flu tabs. He tells me that despite it being a legal over the counter drug I needed to test negative to all substances. So They are giving me a week to test again and they have told me to take no cold and flu tabs for a week.

So basically I am wondering Why did he ask if I took aspirin when there is no codeine in aspirin? And aspirin as far as i know has nothing to do with testing positive for opiates.? ( I thought they might just be saying this, to obtain another sample, knowing that i diluted) But could they lie like this?

and how come dilution worked for the mary jane but not for the codeine??

Anyways the dilution method does work!! and if N2 was still arround I would kiss him. He truly is a god on this site and he saved my ass!

for my retest should i Sub or just dilute again?? And I wont pass naturally because i Had a toke after my first test not knowing i would have to take another, My test is in four days and i had my last toke yesterday.

This morning I tried a dilution trial run. After mixing salt with my gatoraid, I lost all my fluids to the runs. I never developed the clear urine stream. I'm three week 2 days clean, but still failing home tests.

I passed a home test in a test run 3 days ago using staight water. The timing was very similar to that described in the dilution sticky.

These tests I have took was with no diluting at all and I think the first tests line was much more faint because it was the first piss of the day and I did not take mid stream. My question is should I bother doing the dilute or should I just drink a little water a take it. I have an omni drink, asprin and some certo (always worked in the past) that I was going to use just in case but I dont want to dilute the test. This has been going on for a while so I quit back in August when I knew there would be a chance of getting hired. I was clean for 30 days, then I had to go to burningman so I said fuck it, if I get tested when I get back to town I'll sub, but I'd prefer not to. I smoked for about 2.5 weeks, not quite as heavy as usual, probably more like 1/8 of good quality buds a week during that time, ate some serious baked goods, so good that I passed out for 14 hours in the middle of the biggest party in the world. :eek:

Anyways, I have been testing clean for about 3 weeks now on the cheap one step strip test first void of the day each time, including the day of my real test. My 2nd void of the day was for the test, but since I had pretty much emptied myself for my self test right before the real one, I drank about 30 oz of water about an hour before I took my real test. My piss was still very dark the 2nd time around, but I read that doesn't necessarily mean the SG and creatinine levels won't show dilute. So basically what I need to know is will 30 oz of water without the dilution method be enough for someone my size to get flagged for dilution? I eat lots of red meat consistently too so I'm hoping that helped with my creatinine. I have been testin at home using Siemens Multistx 8 SG Reagent Strips for Urinalysis. They test for (Glucose, Ketone, Specific Gravity, Blood, pH, Nitrite and Leukocytes) I need some imput bout Spicific Gravity its the only that changed color on the strip when I test. The range is (1,000 - 1,005 - 1,010 - 1,015 - 1,020 - 1,025 - 1,030 my range is 1,030 is this good r bad. What do I need to do?
