I was wondering if there's an easier way to make canna-oil to make sure it doesn't burn because i've done that before. I was thinking of putting a pot filled with water on the burner and then putting a small pot with oil and weed on top of it so that the steam heats the oil rather than the flame from the burner itself but I'm not sure about this. First Course - Pot-tato Soup and Salad with a THC vinaigrette
Second Course - main course - Pot Roast (what else)
Third course - Double Chocolate Fudge Cake

So the cake will be easy to make. All I need is cannabutter. The potato soup will be easy too as my recipe uses about a stick of butter.

As for the pot roast, the recipe uses various oils and wines for flavoring and such. THC binds with alcohol. If I used a good port wine (higher %alcohol content) would that be sufficient?

The vinaigrette for the salad I'm just thinking cook a little bit of olive oil and wine with my weed and then let it cool?

Needless to say I'm quite excited to try this, but I really don't want to waste a large amount of weed. If anyone has ever done this before or has tips for preparing help me out.
