Hola. Just started smokin and am curious what category this shit would fall in. I recently switched dealers too, it leaves a...rather strange smell of like old musty old man farts...But anyway. This came in a 20bag and I'm guessing it's just some mids. Let me know what you think though.

My mate and I are going in on 2 ounces of OG Kush and either Granddaddy Purp, Power Plant, Sour Diesel x Skunk Hash or Purple Urple. Which 2 outta those four would you get???

Okay I'm not trying to sound ignorant or inexperienced, but i've heard the term fire thrown around. The other day i got something my dealer called 'fire' that would really get me messed up, and i got 2.5g for $20. Now, it was some of the dankest stuff ever and i was like sweet, but when i told some chick, she said that was a gay name and i sounded like a dumbass (basically she's saying it wasn't real). Now i've read that it is like $50 a gram, but maybe cuz the kid is my friend, but according to everyone, it should be expensive.

So what is Fire? is it high, mid-high, or mids? It smells strong and according to my friend who bought some, it is really strong. I am just not quite sure because of the price i got and what the girl said.

OK so heres the deal. Today im going to hang out with a good firend of mine and he knows some1 with alot of purple haze and he got some and he said after he smoked 1 BOWL he was destroyed. And i get to try some soon!!!!

So for some people they think that purple haze doesn't even exist. But some people do so do you personally thing that purple haze exists?

I think it dose because im gonna smoke it! hahaha.

Is there good Mexican anymore

I started smoking in 1970. Just about all you could get was Mexican weed. Sometimes something made it back from Viet Nam, Panama or Jamaica. But for the most part it was Mexican. Now it is a relative thing in that some Mexican was far superior to other Mexican. The good stuff had fewer seeds, was a little sticky, good smell and smoked well with an entertaining high. It had names based on regions of Mexico like Oaxacan, Michmocan, or Acapulco Gold. Then it seemed like all Mexican became the infamous brown dirt brickweed, and it was usually too dry, very seedy, and rather boring in to smoke.

Does anybody ever get Good Mexican anymore?

Or at least remember the quality that I remember?

To start off this shit was incredibly dank.
It gave off the smell of maple syrup, and was dry as fuck yet managed to get me ripped in a bowl(daily smoker)

I was a stoner from 1967 - to 1979, and was pretty much a pot snob. I only smoked or carried good herb. My kids are now grown, and I am looking forward to smoking again, but I am a bit overwhelmed.

I know the pot is much more potent these days, but I'm not sure that is always a good thing. I never got paranoid on good pot all those years ago, but today's pot does seem to promote an undesirable level of paranoia.

I have been researching this, and it seems that there are significantly different effects from different types of THC, or from different strains. Apparently the good herb from yesteryear had a lower content of the common THC found in today's strains, and a higher content of the other THC. Clear as mud? Let me put it this way:Delta 8 is the mellow THC, and Delta 9 is the skitchy THC. 1972's Acapulco Gold had Delta 8 in three parts, and Delta 9 in two parts. Today's herb has Delta 8 in two parts, and Delta 9 in six parts. It is way more complicated than that, but this is basically how I understand it.

My question is this: What strains most reflect the ratio of the pot of years gone by?

I intend to cultivate my own, so I would like to get started correctly.

There is another possibility that I have yet to embrace: That the pot has not changed, and I have just gotten older and more paranoid by nature.
