| Anybody know what a good longboard for beginners is, just cruising around the city/school campus, no real hills or bowls or anything. Just relaxed cruising. Haha i'm just used to discussing most of my questions in life on this website |

| either a sector n9ne or a loaded. i have a loaded and it is probly the best present i ever got. there a little pricy in some places but i think is is well worth it. mine got RAN OVER by a can on a main road going like (40mph) and its perfectly fine. i ride it almost every night and its still in rly good condition. heres some pics. its got wicked flex. you can get difrent flexes depending on your weight. ![]() ![]() any longboard is tons of fun tho hah good luck choosing |

| Here are some guidelines you may want to go by: shorter boards- faster, not as sharp turns longer boards- not AS fast, tighter turns wow, i guess those were my only two suggestions. but when looking, stand on it and rock back and fourth. my friend got one from him parents for christmas, and it barley turns. Also, mine is somewhat curved up on the edges, which is nice to have...

| i picked up a skullskates longboard this year and im loving it. Skull Skates Online Catalog great for just cruising and riding around town, i also got a set of gullwing reverse kingpin trucks and some 64ml wheels, its great for my first set up. personally, id suggest getting a board and wheels from there, then ordering a set of trucks to go with it. |
