Yessss.....YESSS!!

God damn, Dead Rising is one of my favorite games on the 360, and if it weren't for a few but major problems (AI!!!) it would be one of my favorite games of all time. I still love to go in the game and screw around a bit.


I've wanted a sequel ever since I finished the first one, and now it's finally (almost) here!

Too bad Frank West doesn't star in this one. He was awesome.

Pros and Cons from first impressions:

Pros:
New Dead Rising!!
Probably bigger area
More Zombies
More Weapons
Duel Chainsaw bike
New story line (possibly funnier or campier than the first games)
DUEL CHAINSAW BIKE.

Cons:
Developed by someone different (still headed by Capcom though, that's good)
Different main character :<
Possibly some aspects may seem 'old'

My hopes:
Better AI!! Not zombie AI, those were great, but NPC AI. I fucking hated rescue missions (actually I loved them, I just hated getting groups of people at a time because they were all so retarded)
For unlimited mode: allow saving. I hated having to leave my 360 on and pause the game just to go do something different. I'm not gunna sit and kill zombies for 5+ hours at a time.
Good/funny storyline. I loved the story of the last Dead Rising: classic zombie apocalypse story, and very campy. Especially the side quests (rescue quests) Always interesting.

Anyway...get pumped!! DR2 is coming out!

Dead Rising was pretty fun,however, it got boring very fast. As you said, the AI sucked! Hopefully this one will be better, sounds more exciting.
