I don't know what a RTS is, but if you mean games.. Wroms Armegeddon blew me away when i first played it, and i still play it every once and a while. What a fun game!

The Shinning Force series!!!

Yeah, yeah... I know it's a mix between RPG and RTS, but I don't care! They are awesome games... A perfect blend of RPG and RTS.

Age of Empires II the Conquorers is a fun game, i played that late last night, into the early morning.

Another great game is Day Of Defeat, it is a modification for the Half-Life game. It is a awesome World War II fighting game

I played Starcraft again for the first time in years. I forgot how much fun that game was. And Red Alert 2 is pretty good.

Warlords Battlecry is lots of fun. It's sort of a cross between WarCraft and Age of Empires. Comes out well, though, like its turn-based predecessors.
