Man pb is the ****. It's pretty much the closest thing to using real guns, its awesome.

Once for this guys stag party, we made him wear a blowup chick on his back , and a bell around his neck, and gave him 10 balls, a pump- shottie, and a 60 second head start. we had at least 10 other guys, so we just f'ing bombarded his ass, he still got 3 guys though, he kicked some good ass for being a one man team.
It made for a good laugh though, kuz his blowup doll (representing his fiance) took about 15 hits for him, heh. and I still have a free pass to go back for being "best-shot".

I used to be really into paintball in the year 2000 ....saved all my money and got the 2000 mini-cocker. But then after playing all summer I came upon a burden in the "force". Paintball was costing me a ****load of money to be playing every saturday. 380$ for my gun. 80 $ for paintballs every week....it just added up and i eventually sold all my sh:t /// paintball was to expensive...i like getting high with freinds better than playing with some assholes that bunker u and shoot you point blank...that really hurts

and theres always some a$$hole or newby player that has their gun on a speed of like 400 fps....i've literally run up to a bunker stopped to reload my hopper and a paintball flew through the bunker and left a hole in it...i was pissing my pants.


paintball was fun...still is i guess.....but it needs to be cheaper.

oh and another thing that sucks os when u get shot by an old paintball THAT DOESN'T BREAK!!!! its like getting shot at with a rock.

and headshots hurt like a bltch.....and its a bltch to clean your goggles when u get hit their...the lens is so fragile

look in the forsale /trade forum at www.pbreview.com that's a good place to find cheap good guns.. they also have reviews of just about every pball product.

Im gonna waste my precious first post here...

A spyder compact is a cheap and reliable first marker (lets be politically correct ) from what I hear. Should run around $120. The tippman 98 is another good one, as others have said.

For the first time playing, I would reccomend finding a field that does rentals. That way if you dont like it, you wont have spent a lot of money on a marker you arent going to use.

I play with an Automag i bought used off a friend for $300. Got a sweet 14" barrel, and all kinds ofg goodies along with that.

Now a little story

Last time my friends and I went paintballing, I got shot in my man-boob from about a foot away. At the field we play at, theres a rule that within 15 feet, you dont shoot, you yell "surrender" and that person is obligated to be dead. So i bunker this kid, an im like "surrender!!" an the kid just looks up at me an shoots me... damn that hurt.
