Whoever says PS1 sucks must have never played it, or just had nothing but crappy games (which is hard to belive considering there was more good then bad). I mean, if youve ever played Metal Gear Solid then you know what Im talking about. Nes is great, SNES is great, But I have to say dreamcast is my favorite. Its fun factor is just higher then the rest for me. I worked at a video game store so I got tons of games for cheap. Has anyone ever played Space channel 5? YOOOOO!!! awesome game. And of course, shen mue is rad, as is sega GT (nothing like building a 1000 pound car with a turbo V10).

wtf the psx did not suck, and the ps2 because of games like red faction,mgs2,devil may cry and final fantasy 10 and it's huge power it's better than the dc. i hate anyone who would even think of buying the xbox, i hate microsoft and thje way they are raping the games industry. i want an xbox but unless it's stolen and the games too i won't have anyhthing to do with it. besides at the time it's realeased gamecube is out and the ps2 is even more developed. several leaders at big console game companies have stated that they will not produce games for it and that unless it comes out before christmas it's dead

Comeon,everyone forgot one of the best 16 bit consoles ever: Neo Geo!!! (even though most of the games for it sucked) some Neo Geo games(like KOF2000,KOF99 and Garou Mark of the Wolves) are about the same graphic quality as some of the 2d 32 bit games out there!
But the consoles with the best rpgs has to be Snes and Psx.
Iam too cheap to buy a ps2 or dreamcast,ill buy it when i see some good games for it otherwise ill continue to shoot ppl up playing unreal tourney and counterstrike

My fav console would have to be the first nintendo, ninja turtules would have to be my fav game. Nothing else can measure up to this. i waitn for that microsoft xbox to come out in november though.

I gotta say that Metal Gear Solid for the PSX has been the most fun-house game I have played stoned in ages. I actually thought I was in the game. Playing it in winter made me feel like I was inside the game.

Anyone out there who has played Silent Hill ripped and hasn't jumped off their seat only to find a big urine puddle?

oh dude.....silent hill is a total trip. try playing it alone at 3 a.m. with all the lights turned off...your undergarments will not be left dry.
MGS is probably one of the best games ever, and demonstrates why PSX is so much better than everything else.
