This game kicks so much its my latest addiction other than my new gf. Its amazingly smooth and tons of fun. Those who like quake 2 should definitly buy/find this game somewhere and grab it. If anyone out there plays online let me know so we can get a game going and i can frag ya to bits.

I just got this game back from a friend last night after him having it for like 4 months.

Also check out "Soldier of Fortune", it is a AWSOME game, I like it better than Q3A because of the weapons and things, but I like the Q3A maps better.

Half Life is much better, and so are it's Mods, such as Counter-Strike, and the Realistic World War II mod, Day Of Defeat.

However Q3A is a good game

Ok so my copy is a burnt copy of my friends which is a burnt copy of one of his friends (funny how that works) see im on tier 5 and i cant get past it, not cause they guys are tough but cause i just cant load the second level in that tier (q2dm14) and for some reason i cant find the maps singly to add that map to it. Hmm perhaps its cause i dont have a cd key....so anyone have this problem or anyone wanna let me use their cd key so i can see if its the problem or not. Instant message me it or icq me it please DONT POST IT HERE. I dont want this forum turning completely to the dark side of gaming if ya catch my drift.

I like Unreal Tournament better then Quake 3,sure Quake 3 has better graphics,but comeon,the weapons are generic and they suck! And,the best multiplayer fps game that i played so far is still Counter-Strike.
Day of Defeat is cool,also check out a martix style Half Life mod called The Opera.

Nothing beats Tribes or Tribes 2. You can select different armor classes and create your own weapons layout. Oh yeah, and you can fly! EVerybody has jetpacks. You can jet around through awesome terrain, and you can pilot flying vehicles too. You can also deploy weapons and base defenses. It is the best 1st person shooter I have ever played, and I have played them all. It can have sort of a steep learning curve, but once you get used to it, it never gets boring. There is a lot more strategy involved instead of just running around shooting everybody. It has much more replay value.
