anyone play on battle.net?
Blizzard Entertainments games are the **** Starcraft/broodwars, Warcraft 2 Bnet Editon, Diablo 1, Diablo 2. They all own all other games. And the new ones in development Warcraft 3, and The Unanounced Project. War 3 looks like it will own. The only thing ive found that sucks about bnet is that fact that they banned bots. Bots were the **** you could do channel wars and steal channels and what not... that was like a game in it self, where you are always battling each other for the biggest uptime, battling each other to program the best bot out and what not. But the channel waring is comeing back little by little more and more of the programs are finding ways around the ban... before long we will have the quailty of bots that we had before the ban back well anyways what you guys think about the battle.net(www.battle.net, www.blizzard.com)?

cheaters and bots ruined battlenet.

bnet has sucked since a couple of months after Diablo came out and everyone and their grandmother knew how to hex edit, train and dupe items. The fun got sucked out of that one in a hurry. For the rest of us who just wanted to get a game of D2 or Starcraft in the chan wars and bot wars got real annoying real fast.

how would a channel war get in the way of you playing a game... channel wars take place in a... well channel... and private ones at that... and just how you said the games did get boring thats why alot of people turned to channel waring has entertainment.

You also forgot about those damn spam bots,cheaters,people who ONLY play BGH (it was fun at the beginning but then it got old fast) ,one of the main reasons i stopped playing starcraft on bnet other than me losing the cd and it getting old (i was playing it ever since the game got out). Well anyway i dont play on bnet anymore (because i dont have any games i can play on bnet ) even though there are still cheaters playing counterstrike,
but unlike bnet us cs players have punkbuster

Diablo gets way better when you play ironman games because they are secure. But anyway i recently have been playing diablo 2 like a mad man.

Not because Im an idiot....Well the fact that I can't go out and find more minerals does slightly register me as one...

I usually play UMP(Use map settings) so it doesn't matter anyways...

Blizzard is Evil. I say this because they created Diablo 2, a game that severly messed with me.

i would get home from school at about 3:30 and play till 10:30 at night. Every day. Even more on weekends. For about a year.

before i quit, i had:
level 91 Barbarian (lance)
level 90 Barbarian (sword)
level 86 Barbarian (665% magic find)
level 92 Sorceress (lighting/fire)
level 83 Sorceress (ice)
level 92 Amazon
level 89 Amazon
Level 87 Paladin

and many other very-high level characters that i cant remember, because i havent played in so long.

i rarely came across people that had better equipment that i had on my characters. i reigned supreme in almost all the games i joined. i had a level 52 amazon that could take out level 90 amazons with ease.

i ended up brutally punching the CD into pieces to stop playing. i admit, it was my actions that turned this game into a problem, but damn blizzard for creating this game.

just my .02 cents about blizzard. the games they make are very addicting, very quickly. i'll be careful about buying another blizzard game in the future.
