It's all about math people!

Rams>Vikings

Rams=Win
Vikings=Lose

Superbowl=Rams>Titans (Again)

How far did the Rams get last season? Yeh, that's right. At least the vikes got to the NFC champ game. Although the Rams will probably do better this year, just cuz...well most of the fans up here think like that, that the vikes will get nowhere, yet they generaly do fairly good. I don't think too many people give them enough credit for some reason.

Did that sound dumb? I think it might've.

Thumbs up I LOVE Football

DoritosMan, the 'Skins are my favorite too.

As a matter of fact tonight's Monday Night Football match up is gonna be a brawl between the Greenbay Packers and the Washington Redskins. The last time these two teams met they set a game high scoring record in a battle that was decided by 1 point and a missed field goal.

Now, Jeff George is no Joe Theisman, but I'm confident that tonight's game will be one of the best contests of the season. And I don't say that just because the 'Skins are my favorite team, there's history on each side and a lot of pride. I already have my VCR set to record.

So, I'm not clairvoyant.

As badly as the 'Skins played Brett Favre and the Greenbay Packers played a near flawless game. I do wish the game had been closer even if Washington hadn't won.

The fact that Goerge is no Thiesman was made PAINFULLY apparent in this last game. I think Joe could have done better even with his leg broke than Goerge did at the height of that game. I was very disappointed in their performance this evening, but I chalk it up to 7 years of bad luck for allowing a cowboy, Deon Sanders to be exact, to even wear the Jersey in a game, much less play for the team a whole season.

Greenbay is a tight team, they tie the skins as my favirote team. Packers are better than the skins, obviously, but the skins hold a special place in the heart of this former D.C. resident. I am suprised and insulted that the pack was not even mentioned in the line-up for the poll. I will have to make sure to come in and laugh gleefully when they win the big one this year, 2-0, well on their way.

Peace

As a former very loyal Skins fan (I got to see their last game in their new stadium last season, which was very nice after watching them at RFK for so many years) it was very hard for me to watch them last night. Brought back all kinds of painful memories. I'll always root for them, but I strongly suggest getting George out of there.
And I just can't watch a Skins game without thinking of the 'how-about-I-slam-my-head-against-the-pads-in-celebration-and-give-myself-a-concussion move, man, I will never forget that...

Default Well look at that...

I wonder who over there reads mj.com...?

The Washington Redskins released quarterback Jeff George today and likely will sign veteran quarterback Kent Graham.

Probably too late to make a difference.

I did, however, like the way Kent Graham played for the NY Giants and, unlike Boy George, Graham can take a hit.

Nobody can stop the rams. They are just way to good this year. I went to Sunday's game and Kurt Warner was throwing 100% perfect passes, right on the money.

As for our defense, everyone has been saying that if the rams were to get a good defense for thier high powered offense there is no way they could be defeated. And it seems this year the rams have a top rated defense

This year is going to be awesome!

PS. I do feel bad for the Wash Redskins, besides the Rams they have always been a fav team of mine, they use to dominate when i was a little kid, growing up in football.
