All i have to say is this game is tight. Its coming out 1st half of 2002. Ive been following it for a while its by far the best RTS game ive seen. The graphics are stuning and and stratigic aspects of the game looks like they will easily surpass anything that has been see before is a Real Time Strategy. I cannot wait until this one hits the shelves. It truly looks like its going to be a great game, and blizzard although being notorious for long waiting time for new products, also is known for coming out with some truly amazing games that are enjoyed by many people.

What i want to know is will there be some sort of connection between Warcraft 3 and World of Warcraft, as in same weaponary scenarios etc, or will it be something entirly different?

The world of warcraft game will take place about 4 years after the wariii storyline and i belive the storys will tie into each other as well as many of the chars. Alot of the locations will be the same also like they showed a screanshot for wow where someone was standing infront of the gate to Azeroth(SP?)

It wouldnt make alot of sence to release two RTS games at about the same time, because then they would compete with one another. Also SC1 is still selling mad copies so if they realeased SC2 that would kill of the sales of SC1. However, Blizzard is still working on one other unanouced project which will probably be announced in a year. Now in theory this could be SC2, because if it was anounced in 1 year plus another 2-3 years to finish development thats around 3-4 years away which could be aceptable not to kill SC1 sales however it could still diminish War3 sales. So its really hard to say. It could be around 6+ years off or maybe as earily as 3 years.

But anyways wariii will be damn fun so it should be able to hold you over till then heh

Well i heard once that the unknown project is going to be something completely new and not related to SC2.

That unknown project has already been anounced, and that was World of Warcraft. But there is another one that the old Lords of Destruction team is working on now.
