i've been playing counterstrike while stoned a lot recently [drunken master rules]. and i've found that under certain circumstances i play much better than normal. when i'm about a bowl or two in, i play much better than i do sober. however, if i smoke too many bowls, i get increasingly worse.

i have also noted that the gaming experience feels very real when i'm stoned. i feel the character's fear as my own and it seems like i am actually there fighting. it's incredible. the stonder i am the more real it feels. it's crazy.

has anyone else had experience with video games and weed?

ya man i agree, i play some counterstrike ( name Skank) and some quake 1 - team fortress (name Kikass)

and at first when im just sort of baked, im super concentrated and i can own pretty good, but if im too high, im just all over the place, lookin at walls etc.

I found that I sort of had to relearn how to play when stoned. But after awhile I did achieve the same sort of ability and possibly more. If you get on a bit of a run while high you just seem to get better because you start to focus, you can feel the adrenalin rush, your so on edge, you see the enemy one ak shot to the head . Sweet. Bring it on.....Those were the days

yea dude! when i'm hella stoned all video games seem very fun to me. but when i'm too stoned i can't play counter strike cause i get killed way too fast, so i play tony hawks proskater 2 or quake 3 or soldier of fortune.

I used to play Counter-Strike all the time. I would do really well if I was moderatley stoned, but if i got too high...it is all over.

i played pilot wings stoned and i had a blast, just flying my airplane around, going under bridges and stuff.
One game i cant play stoned is half life. its way to creepy, my skin crawls just to think about it! those noises are sooo real, its like you are really in the game!

Ahh I just beat Half Life sober. I always tried to play it stoned but it always tripped me out. Did any of you play video games waaay back in the day? There were some QUALITY games like Phantasmagoria and the 7th Guest that were really trippy, mind-benders. I they would make a game like that these days, instead of mass-producing cheap 3d-shooters. I would LOVE to play a game like that stoned.
