this is by far the best game ever made... ohhh man its so addictive.. you can do anything in this game.. its hard to even do the missions because you cant resist just killin folks walking down the street.. you can get the police, the swat team, the fbi, and even the army on your ass trying to stop you.. there has never been a game this far out ever man.. i reccomend you get it NOW

Tip for stealing police cars:

Run up and try and open the door. as soon as you do run to the other side. He will try and get out to arrest you. Once you get to the passanger side open the door and drive off quick. feel free to hit the cop if you can. it will keep him from chassing after you.


PS: dont do this in real life. people would be mad.

an even better way of stealing active cop cars:
run up to the passenger side. try and open the door, and the cop will exit the car on the driver's side and try to arrest you. once the cop is fully out of the car, you will now be able to get in by opening the passenger side door (it won't be locked like it was when the cop was still in it). as soon as you get into the car, hit accelerate or reverse (whichever is applicable) and get the f*ck out of there. you've now gained both a cop car and a wanted level.

my favorite thing to do is steal a tank. I start killing people until my wanted level hits several stars then I run to a safe corner somewhere and start killing cops and helicopters and fbi agents until army shows up. When the guys get out of the tank the only weapons that kill them fast enough is the flamethrower and the rocketlauncher....so I use one of those to kill the army guys and then jack their tank and raise the ruckus.

Note: army is DEADLY. those soldiers will take all of 2 seconds to kill u if they get the chance to draw their guns. As soon as the tank stops, start flaming it. The tank won't catch on fire easily.

It's all about getting the sniper rifle/rocket launcher and picking off people/cars from the roof of the parking garage. Just watch the assortment of police cars, FBI cars, military trucks, and tanks gather around the base of the garage. Then just huck some grenades, drive off the roof, steal a tank, and cause ruckus.

Maybe someone can clarify here, but ive recently heard somethign about discontinuing sales of GTA3 on account of its random violence and such.. anyone know if this is true?
